Replacement and Return Policy
- Return and replacement are free of charge without any additional costs to the buyer in one of the following cases:
- If you receive a product that is different or not as described.
- In the event of receiving a damaged/defective/expired or incomplete product.
- Return and exchange are made with additional fees in the event the buyer wishes to change his order after completing the shipping process.
- Product condition at the time of exchange or return:
Products are in the original manufacturer’s box (retail packaging – closed/sealed box) and are undamaged and have not been tampered with in any way. The product seal must be intact and must include all free accessories/gifts received with the order and in their original condition when received.
- The return period for all products purchased from Karaz is 15 days after delivery.
- The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products whose description directly states cannot be returned.
- Digital products that are delivered by e-mail or SMS.
- Buyer is obligated to safely pack and pack the returned products for shipment and to include all accessories and parts included with the product.
- The return or exchange process will take place after Karaz receives and inspects the returned product, and the buyer will be notified of the status of the return or exchange process within a period of two working days.
- The refund process takes 15 business days.
